Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management tool, which will grant you absolute command over your e-mailbox accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this user-friendly user interface, you can set up a new mail account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can redirect mails from one e-mail box to another, configure e-mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and shield your email boxes against spam messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email boxes against junk electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted emails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific email account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming messages based on specific criteria specified by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can easily create a filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and change the mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, or even to several other e-mail box accounts. Just select the mail account you would like to forward e-mails from, then specify the destination email box and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your choice to access your e-mailbox accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you want to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple email boxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also allow you to quickly create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will do everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
